In 2016 and 2017, Brian Noland assisted us in selling a house and attached lot we inherited. Due to the extensive complications and circumstances of inheriting this property, Brian helped us through every phase of property improvement, listing the property and negotiaing a price that was greater than Nancy and I expected.He gave us pointers as to how to better market the property that even one of his previous competitors neglected to strive for. During My sales listing with Brian from 8/2017 to 4/30/2018 my house was shown less than 12 times and did not sell.Brian did not provide me with professional sound advise with regardto marketing and pricing my home.He did not accurately describe my home on the Zillow listing. Forexample, he listed my flooring only as "tile" when in fact I had mostly hardwood floors with some tile and carpet. He described the house's exterior construction as only "fiber cement" when in fact I had beautiful stone work all around the house. Other inaccuracies included omitting various types of acceptable financing.I can happily report my house was sold in ONE DAY with the help ofa very professional, experienced and honest agent. Success!!!
