I interviewed six realtors in a single dayaEUR"and Cathy immediately stood out. Her vibrant energy, the detailed booklet of comparable sales she prepared, and her clear, realistic marketing plan made her the obvious choice. I appreciated her honesty and transparency from the start. I was selling a manufactured home, and while Cathy had a great track record, she openly shared that this would be her first time listing a manufactured home. That honesty sealed the deal for me.
