Cathy and her team were amazing in helping my wife and I find our first home! We originally started the home buying process with out a realtor going to new builds but after a referral to Cathy we met and realized how much she could really help us find the best home for us. We had very specific requirements on what we wanted in a house and were willing to take our time. Cathy was super respectful and not pressuring us to purchase a home. This made me feel relieved and knew that she was genuinely looking for our best interests. We ended up finding a home and Cathy was very responsive and had everything organized during escrow.
