Catherine first contacted me by text, recommended by another realtor. Then we made an appointment to meet at her office to list my house. Catherine seem very warm and friendly, and interested in listing my house for me. Catherine was very supportive in all events that needed to take place. Catherine also had a go to professional list, after the house was under contract for home inspections, and she took cost in consideration, of who to contact. Catherine had an idea of what things should cost (septic, electrician, builder, etc) Catherine always returned my text message or phone calls, and was able to answer or support anything that needed to be addressed. I cannot say enough about her.
