It is the sight of a first time homebuyer at the closing table receiving their keys for the first time, the homeowner that called me in trouble and that after I was able to negotiate a short sale for her, moved on with her life and was able to sleep and eat once again. It is the children that I see in their own home for the first time swinging on their swingset and excited to show me their room that made me realize my happiness and passion wasn't about selling real estate, it was about building relationships through helping people.
