My wife and I could not have asked anything more of Katie. She is a true professional. We worked with her from March to July of 2016. She was the selling agent for our former house in PA and was the buying agent for our new house in NJ. Katie came to our house to evaluate our situation before signing any contracts or even mentioning any numbers. She made some staging suggestions that she felt would help our house sell fast, but she did not push us to do anything specific. She took professional-photography level pictures of our house on Sunday, had our house listed on Monday, and we had a signed agreement with a buyer by Friday. This quick turnaround was due largely in part to the competitive asking price Katie recommended in a market that was not easy to predict. We were very happy with the entire selling process! The buying process was just as great. We sat down with Katie initially and she asked us everything we wanted in our new house. Once she had our wish list, from location to amenities to price range, she sent us her recommendations. She showed us every house we wanted to see, helping us identify what we liked and didnt like in each property. In the areas we were looking at, inventory was very low and houses were selling in one or two days. Once we realized how fast things were going, Katie checked in daily to see if anything piqued our interest. We saw houses the day that they came on the market, even if that meant seeing houses every day of the week. She remained patient with us and would give us her opinion on houses, but never tried to sell us on a house just to be done with the process. After seeing over 45 houses, we were exhausted, but Katie was resilient. Its worth mentioning that Katie would have to drive twice the distance to the houses we were seeing in comparison to us. When we saw the house we ultimately bought, we knew we had to move fast. Katie had our offer in that same night. When it turned out that there were eight other offers on the house, she called us and recommended we write a personal note to the sellers. We were nervous and asked if we need to increase our bid, but Katie assured us that our offer was strong. She was right. The note did the trick and the sellers chose us. Every step of the way, Katie was by our side, answering texts and emails quickly, explaining complicated inspection details, and simply always looking out for us. We could not have asked for a better experience with a realtor!
