Let's start with WOW! Where can I even start! I came to Montana due to work and found Chinook to be a possible place to settle down, along with the possibility of Havre and Malta. I reached out to Cassandra Johnson for help and she was nothing short of a guardian angel for my family. This was our first time buying a house and I was going to need help on just about every step and basically needed someone to walk me through it and to have bountiful patience in dealing with my sometimes slow-to-pick-up mentality. Cassandra was all of this and so much more. She always spoke professionally and eloquently, directed us to several options of houses, provided us with timely answers to our questions and made sure to help us understand each step that was approaching and what to expect next. We looked at several houses she suggested and quickly found one that suited us. Her attentiveness to our needs and desires was paramount, and she was quickly available for showings on those houses. She gave pointers and opinions that helped us when we asked and that advice proved invaluable several times. During the closing process we had several requests of the house we were moving in to and she reached out to the seller's party and got the requests done for us for a good price and just made everything purely magical. Cassandra and her team were such a pleasure to work with, so kind and even forgiving when we had some financial and credit issues at first that both my wife and I are already set on asking for her services again for selling and buying once the time comes for us to find another place if we are able to stay on the Hi-Line for my work. I would without any hesitation recommend Cassandra Johnson to be your realtor.
