Becoming a NAR member was a decision I never second-guessed. I pride myself on my ability to respond quickly and have my clients always feel like a top priority, whether during or after their transaction. I have been in real estate since 2008, have my Managing Brokers license, am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and a Real Estate Divorce Specialist. In 2015, I started The Casselyn Group, a team of like-minded agents and admin to help facilitate our clients even more thoroughly than before. I am also one of the team leaders for the Signature Homes team at Compass, helping assist all of our Signature Homes agents to be the best they can be. I received the National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30 for 2014 (an honor only given to 30 agents in the country per year), the Five Star Professional award in Chicago Magazine for October 2011 - 2023, Top 500 Real Estate Marketers, the Biltmore Who's a Who award, as well as remaining a consistent top agent in our office. I graduated from The University of Iowa in 2006 with my B.A. in Communication and Business Entrepreneurial Certificate. I was the Coxswain for the Men's Rowing team, as well as helped start the Hawkeye Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club, all while going to school full time, raising my chocolate (late) lab, Boomer, and working part-time. After my graduation, I eventually moved back to the Chicagoland area, settled in to the suburbs, and met my husband, Brad, all while actively expanding my real estate business. In 2018, Brad and I welcomed our first son, Caleb (CJ), who is a mini-real estate agent in training, and in 2020 we welcomed our 2nd son, Parker, who is definitely a strong negotiator! I am an active member of the Clarendon Hills Infant Welfare, a charitable group of 50 local volunteers who are dedicated to fundraising and supporting the Angel Harvey Family Health Center in Chicago.

Casselyn helped me with my purchase in Clarendon Hills. Honestly, I could not be happier with how the home purchasing process went while being represented by her. I knew at all times she had my best interest at heart, and I could call her with any of my concerns/questions. She always listened attentively while finding the best solution to any situation. I knew my daughter and I were in the best hands working with Casselyn, as all my home purchasing concerns seemed to be put at ease from her extensive knowledge base, great negotiating skills, and punctuality to respond at all times. You will truly be at a disadvantage if you don't call Casselyn today for your home sale needs. I will never work with another agent to buy or sell a home.

Deserves zero stars. Terrible experience w/Casselyn & Compass. When we talked to her about hiring her, her sales pitch was not true from start. She said aEURoeNo one can sell your home like I can. I will be at showings to show buyers & agents your home. And if I'm not available I run a team of 30 agents so Ill make sure someone is here for all showings.aEUR? First 25-30 showings she did not show up to a single one. Nor did anyone from her aEURoeteam of 30 agentsaEUR? When I asked her about it she then showed up to next 2-3. Also after I asked her about it showings suddenly went from 2-3 per day to 1-3 per week. We asked her pre-hire aEURoedo u have time to sell our home& show us a new home? She said yes. She showed us 1 home in 3 months. She never sent us any home that would fit our needs. Compass sent an automated email alert but when we asked her about a home she had no clue what we were talking about so we had to send her a link. Shes paid to send them to us. The 1 home she did take us to was 6 days after we asked her to see it bc she was aEURoeswamped busyaEUR?. We tried to put in an offer that night and agent said sorry they are contingent. She took none of the blame. Was aEURoe100% the other agents fault.aEUR? She took at least 3 vacations to her lake house in the short time we used her. Couldnt show us a home bc she took a vacation that was more than a week even tho we had a short time left to find a new home before our closing. Then when me/my wife looked at a home alone while she was on vacation she got angry and sent the seller a nasty email. We lost the home bc of that email. She then denied the context of the email to us not knowing the recipient sent us a screenshot of the email. It was extremely rude. Everyone needs a vacation/time away but she leaves and will not tell you and when things go wrong shes quick to find someone to blame. Shes perfected the victim role and blame shifting. If its a male not giving her her way theyre labeled as a aEURoetoxic alpha male.aEUR? A women is dismissed as being dumb and not knowing as much as her. We saw firsthand how she treats coworkers, colleagues, buyers, sellers, and clients and its not good! We allowed our sale to go through but released her from helping us buy our new home.

Casselyn forms power teams and executes both on the buyer side and the seller side. She was able to problem solve on multiple fronts, including by connecting to other parties that are helpful in the process of buying or selling a home

Casselyn is a very aggressive realtor who gets properties sold. When issues arise, she is first one on it, making things right. Casselyn listed 2 properties for me, in the middle of the "plandemic" and got contracts on both properties very quickly, resulting in quick sales!
