For us, Shonda was an excellent choice to sell our Atascadero View home. She is a marketing genius, in our opinion. That includes the marketing photos she staged for her young photographer and his drone camera. We had multiple offers the first 3 days, with two offers being above our list price and nearly identical. We closed in 14 days with an all-cash deal. So, the process was quick.

We have worked with Michelle twice and she is simply the best. She is personable, experienced and professional. But also so much fun to work with and truly cares about her clients! Shonda was wonderful in working with us. She is most professional and was sincerely interested in our needs and desires for a certain kind of home and neighborhood, and organized viewing to meet our schedules while still being efficient use of time. She worked very closely with us in the negotiation process for the house we wanted, and led us through all the buying, inspection, settlement and closing processes, quite efficiently and made easy for us.
