I needed a better one, one who could negotiate a deal not just "show a house and hope" plan. Cameron was that agent. When any issues arose even with the bank and documentation Cameron stepped in and fixed it. He worked closely with the seller to coordinate everything, including help with appraisals and tge gas, water, and electricity transfer. I am a retiree, age 65. This is not my first house but it is my first home purchase after 25 years in apartments. He answers all calls and texts fast. I would not be a homeowner if not for Cameron Martin. I am grateful for all his help and this home is now mine because he worked hard to make a dream come true. It is a beautiful and solidly built 1890s home in a historic area of the city.
