Casey, who Is the founder of Proper Realty, is truly a gifted realtor especially with modern technology. Casey utilizes social media avenues in order to maximize her viewers. I have seen more than 10 times where Casey has posted the house and within that same week, the house is under contract. Casey has a couple of realtor who are qualified, as well. When looking for property of a home to buy, Casey is excellent with her responsiveness. I highly recommend Casey Ledford with Proper in Spruce Pine.

Amazing. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is extremely patient and works tirelessly for her clients. No matter what the issue or situation she guides you through it effortlessly. Her level of knowledge is unbelievable and she continually comes up with ideas or solutions that are practical, creative and effective.
