Hi! My name is Casey, and I am a realtor with SVR Realty, LLC of Florida . I have lived in the Bartram area for over 10 years. I graduated from Mandarin High School and attended Jacksonville University where I earned a BA in Exercise Science. After I graduated I played professional arena football with the Florida Tarpons and the Orlando Predators. Once my playing career came to an end, I began coaching college football for MacMurray in Illinois. When I returned back to Jacksonville, I found I had a passion for real estate and have been pursuing it ever since. As a first-time home buyer and now a first-time home seller, I can confidently say that my recent experience selling my home has been nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to my incredible realtor, Casey. Navigating the sale of a home is never easy, but my situation was particularly challenging. After separating from the military, I found myself moving four hours away from my home with two large dogs, with no family or friends nearby to assist with the property. On top of that, the house needed several small but tedious repairs and touch-ups before it could be listed. I had met with a few realtors who never offered any help beside opening the door for repairs after I shopped around and set up the repairs myself. But Casey turned what seemed like an insurmountable task into a seamless and stress-free experience. From the moment we started working together, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Despite the various hurdles, Casey wasted no time in getting my home listed. Their efficiency and dedication were truly impressive. Living four hours away, I couldnt be there in person to handle any of the necessary tasks. Casey managed everything, including a roof repair, painting, junk removal, pressure washing, lawn care, move out cleaning, and the re-carpeting of the interior stairs. The first offer we received had some complications, but Casey handled it with professionalism and expertise, ensuring I was educated on the issues and helped me make the most informed decision. Throughout the entire process, Caseh was communicative, responsive, and empathetic to my situation. His ability to coordinate all these tasks remotely, while keeping me informed every step of the way, was nothing short of miraculous. He truly made the impossible possible. Selling a home for the first time, especially under such unique circumstances, was a one point, a nightmare. Once I contacted Casey and began working it him, the experience completely changed, the process become more positive, and completely blew my own expectations of a realtor out of the water! If youre looking for someone who will go above and beyond, handle the details, and make your home-selling process as smooth as possible, look no further.
