When my wife and I decided to retire to Cedar Key we searched and evaluated the realtors there and chose to work with Caryn Stephenson of Pelican Realty. We are elated that we did so. Caryn sat with us to get to know us better and to hear exactly what we were looking for. Not only did she listen to us she 'heard' us. Our wants, desires, wishes and budget all were taken into consideration by Caryn. She expertly matched properties to view to our criteria. She was always responsive to our questions via phone, text, or email. The most impressive factor was her extensive knowledge of the properties that we visited. When solicited, she would give her opinion of a property. We found this most helpful because she was honest and unbiased. Our search ended with our purchase of a home that we could not be happier with. It took nearly a year but it was well worth the effort. Without Caryn's cheerful personality and knowledge, it could have been a difficult experience.We highly recommend Caryn for your real estate needs
