He was able to provide objective feedback and advice to help guide us toward our house. Coming from California recently, we had an overly inflated value of housing, and Carter was the voice of reason that we needed to insure that we didn't overpay and get upside down on our house. I've had unusual circumstances and if my direct agent (Carter) couldn't help me immediately (which 9.5 times out of 10 he could), then his assistant (Rachel) could!
