As trustee of my parents affairs, I have overseen their investment properties for the last eight years with Carrissa handling the work of maintaining the properties and servicing the tenants. When the need to sell one of the duplexes came along it was an easy choice to ask for Carrissa's help. Like a true professional she help me establish a sales price and with the help of Docusign supplied the needed paperwork from listing to contract offers and final acceptance. We had the first offer within two days of listing and closed with a cash deal before month's end. She handled every inspection and contractor required to complete the sale.
