My husband and I live out of the area, and are planning to move to Tennessee upon his retirement. We were referred to Carrie Zeier by a friend who had bought a home with her as his agent. Upon contacting her, we told her what it was we are looking for and the price range we wanted. She pulled numerous listings and sent them to us to review before we made the trip to look at them. After looking at them all, we picked the ones we wanted to see and went to look at them. She was spot on in choosing what we told her we wanted, and it was difficult to make a decision on the homes we saw. She was very professional, and was a great help when it came to negotiating a price. We are very impressed with her professionalism, and the way she responds in a timely manner when we contact her.
