I originally approached and later used Carrie because when I moved to town I had three independent parties name her specifically as the person I should contact. The reputation she has among her industry peers is solid and for me that says more about a person and their ability to perform in their roll then an individual purchaser/seller. Given the knowledge those peers have enables them to view a competitor at a level of detail the consumer often cannot see. Having my own clients who are her competition and hearing their responses confirmed what I already knew.Lastly, I was impressed with the team she has put together. Each had a working knowledge of the others business which helped maximize the flow, timeliness and overall understanding of the process for me. Had we had any un-avoidable issues in buying (we didn't) I've been told by my clients/friends who have used Carrie that the team responded quickly and resolved those problems to get the closing to happen the way it should.I have no hesitation in sending anyone I know to Carrie and her team.
