An EXCELLENT REALTOR! My wife and I decided to explore Pensacola as a place for us to retire. A corporate relocation specialist referred us to Carrie. I own a few homes and have worked with many Realtors over the years. Some Realtors are highly professional while others just try to wing it. Carrie was a superb professional from the start. We toured various houses together and Carrie educated us on the pros/cons of the different homes and locations. As a talented real estate "matchmaker", Carrie helped us to narrow down the right type of house and right location for us. She was able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. Now we have to return to our home state but we'll be back and look forward to resume working with Carrie.

Carrie is the best and thats all there is to it! I mean, we didnt put her through the ringers lol, but she was there for us every step of the way. Answered any questions we had, solved any small situation we ran into (even after closing), she even did things an agent isnt necessarily supposed to do. She was so awesome for us in August that we contacted her again in November for another purchase.
