ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the day we first met Carrie, I knew there was something special about her. God truly led us to Carrie. My husband and I met Carrie at a random open house that she was hosting. Carrie quickly assured us that the particular hose we were at was NOT our house, but that she would find OUR house for us if we'd let her. We left there that day excited to begin our house hunt and excited for Carrie to be our Realtor. Carrie works for her clients. I mean, she really works. Early mornings, late nights, while she's on vacation, she never slows down. We had some challenges and Carrie encouraged us and helped us overcome those challenges, and celebrated with and for us when we conquered them. When I got discouraged, Carrie knew exactly when to give me space or a pep talk, whichever I needed. She became a friend during our house hunt. She listened (even when I didn't realize she was listening) and picked up on little things we would say. She was always ready to show us houses, even on short notice, and when we found OUR house, she knew exactly how to write up our offer so that we'd have the best chance of getting the house. She laughed with us and prayed for us, cheered us on and then celebrated with us. After closing when we walked into our house, Carrie had left us little surprises all over the house, one in particular that I will treasure forever. After closing, she has kept in contact with us - which has been wonderful, because I actually missed talking to and/or being with her most every day! With all that I am, I confidently recommend Carrie Beamer. Words just can't express the gratitude we have for Carrie and how thankful we are that she was willing to be our Realtor. We don't plan on moving again any time soon, but if we ever do, we won't look for a Realtor. We'll just call Carrie. When our friends and family need a Realtor, we know a lady!
