Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had selected several properties to look at, but since we are out of state, by the time we were able to see them, they were all under contract. Carolyn suggested three other condos based upon the ones we had originally selected and we purchased one of those. She was amazingly organized and got the condo for a great price. She made the process so easy and we were able to close within 2 1/2 weeks after seeing the condo, without having to return to Maine. She even made suggestions for various services that we will need, such as a painter and flooring company. All in all, a wonderful experience working with Carolyn.

Carolyn is very professional, personable and responsive. She came highly recommended by an associate in her office who retired. She quickly understood what we desired in a new home and zeroed in on appropriate options. Time with Carolyn was well spent and helped us define what was important to us in our search.
