Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had selected several properties to look at, but since we are out of state, by the time we were able to see them, they were all under contract. Carolyn suggested three other condos based upon the ones we had originally selected and we purchased one of those. She was amazingly organized and got the condo for a great price. She made the process so easy and we were able to close within 2 1/2 weeks after seeing the condo, without having to return to Maine.
