Carolyn recently sold several multifamilies for us. She has incredible knowledge in real estate and especially the local market. She had to work with multiple tenants, constantly calling and visiting to work out viewings for potential buyers. She also met with inspectors at times to find out what needs had to be met for selling purposes. Carolyn is a go getter, committed and hard working. We would certainly hire her for any future real estate transactions.

Team Reis, Carolyn and Addy, are the best! They are thorough, professional and great to work with. They sold our home of 40 years in no time and for more than asking. They are extremely informative and always easy to reach when we had questions. Once our home sold we were on a mission to find our new forever home. Addie was wonderful from our first call through the final signature on closing day.
