I absolutely love Carolyn!! She has a wonderful sense of humor. We had some good laughs. She is really kind and helpful. She had a way of pointing things out about the houses we looked at with tact. She really worked well with our lender and the buyers agent! I love that! Through her contacts she was able to get a last minute issue taken care of quickly! She covers a wide area of Kentucky. She worked quickly to put an offer in on a house that had several bids within the 1st couple of days. And she helped us snag this wonderful deal with her wisdom and help.
