Carolyn sold a lot that we had owned in Stonebridge (Branson) with ease. We selected her on-line because of her responsiveness and previous accomplishments that we had read on sites like this from previous customers. She didn't disappoint us; great communications and follow-up. Best thing was the sale came in less than a couple months after listing with Carolyn. Our transaction was handled easily enough entirely as a remote transaction since we'd move out of state and didn't have the ability to physically be there.
