ZillowVERIFIEDI really liked working with Carol. She helped me and guided me in buying a Townhome that was on a "short sale" last year, and recently in selling my parent's house. The later was a more difficult and stressful process. We dealt with family issues, Setback problems and SAE (Shared Equity) with the City and County. But throughout the process, she was always very professional, patient and helpful in explaining what we were facing and the steps that we had to follow through.
