Caroline McCarthy

Caroline McCarthy is originally from Detroit, Michigan and moved to New Richmond, Ohio, as a teenager. She moved once again to the Tega Cay community, her final destination after she was married. She began working in the family ink business with her husband and parents and then went on to further her education by attending Queens University in Charlotte. She then pursued employment with Microsoft in the high-tech industry staying there for 13 plus years. During her time working at Microsoft, Caroline was a leader in providing excellent customer service which helped her teams achieve the highest level of commitment to her customers. She's ALWAYS provided top level support and service and that was definitely one of the reasons Linda Hall knew she would be such a strong asset to her team. Caroline moved up the corporate ladder quickly as she provided such a high level of performance that it was apparent that there was nothing she couldn't accomplish. That's another asset for the Linda Hall Team and their clients. That kind of determination and problem-solving ability is what makes a winner in the real estate industry. The fact that Caroline is still good friends today with many of those who worked for her and with her at Microsoft is a testament to the fact she believes in strong and lasting relationships. Another interesting fact is Caroline McCarthy's direct connection with the real estate industry through her past business which was property, rental, renovation, and sales company, McCarthys TLC Holdings, LLC. She served as the President directing projects with budgets between $35K and $50K. Caroline lead operations utilizing business knowledge and leveraged interpersonal skills collaborating with real estate professionals, contractors, and bankers to purchase, renovate, sell and rent properties. Caroline McCarthy is a solid asset to the Linda Hall Team of Century 21 First Choice and most importantly, to the clients they service. Personally, Caroline McCarthy is married and has raised her two children in the Tega Cay/Fort Mill area and is fortunate that her children and four grandchildren still live in the area.
