Caroline truly listened to us. She answered our questions honestly and didnt say what she thought we wanted to hear. She didnt try to sell us on a house that was out of our budget or didnt fit our needs. The listings she showed us were all within the parameters we established. Caroline wanted us to get the best possible house for us. We were interested in a house in a different city and she drove by the house before we scheduled a tour. She called to say we shouldnt bother looking at the house as it was next to a company that was very loud. She told us that another house that we toured was overpriced and that she didnt think we should put a bid on it because it wasnt worth the asking price. She was very patient with us as we were first time home buyers and had a lot of questions about the home buying process. She took the time to not only answer all our questions, but to make sure we understood her responses also. She always seemed to be available to answer our questions or tour a house, whether it be in the evening during the week or in the morning on a weekend. We could not have asked for a better agent and highly recommend her.
