I have worked on large Listing projects around the campus of the University of Notre Dame, and enjoy project based New Construction sales. Projects I have lent my talents to include Dublin Village Townhomes, Wexford Place Townhomes, Irish Crossings and Stadium Village. I also enjoy assisting Buyers and Sellers, both veteran and First Timers, and investors in securing Single Family Homes around South Bend and surrounding areas. As a Michigan native, I enjoy selling Homes and Condos in Michigan, as well as Indiana. With 15 years of Real Estate Experience, I offer clients an understanding of changing markets, as well as effective negotiating skills.
