Hi, I'm Carolanne Northern by Birth, Southern by Choice I'm a native New Yorker, but my heart has belonged to North Carolina since 2004. The southern hospitality, and the beautiful weather were just a few things that helped me realize this is where I wanted to be. We bought our first home in Raleigh in 2004, then moved to Fuquay Varina in 2013, where we get to enjoy the feel of a small town as well as the city life just moments away. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was in the financial industry working with clients to obtain financing to purchase their home, so I've got all aspects of the real estate industry covered. As a wife & mother, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter Samantha, and our three furbabies, Zoey, Harleigh, and Tonka.
