I'm so grateful to have found Carol for my home buying needs! She and her partner Narada were so dependable, reliable, expeditious, and patient with me and my husband throughout the process of buying our home. She never hesitated to give honest and professional feedback, which let us know that she truly cared about our well-being. Another thing I loved about Carol was her analytical mindset. She made sure that we made decisions that were rooted in facts and figures, not just emotion. She has a great sense of humor, too, which made us feel so comfortable. One thing in particular that stool out to us was when we were on the verge of closing and there was a bit of drama happening on the seller's end. Carol took control and drove with us to the property to talk to the seller's contractor to sort everything out and we were able to close as planned. This really impressed us!
