Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience, but was a learning experience. Carol seems to be a nice person and friendly, but I feel left a lot to be desired and think it was perhaps due to things she had going on in her personal life though in this capacity that should be inconsequential. She asked me to show my own house twice which made me very uncomfortable. Did not help/advise with staging and took her own subpar pictures. I expressed concerns and she said things would be cropped out, which were not so they ended up looking extremely unprofessional. When I asked her to update the pictures with ones I had a professional photographer take on my own, they was not all fixed and only done on some sites and not others. The dialogue about the house had horrendous spelling and grammar errors. She did not respond quickly to correspondences and did not market or promote key aspects of my property. I have limited experience buying and selling property, but upon conferring with others, the consensus was that this was astoundingly poor practice.

You can not do better in this town! She is warm, genuine, cares about her clients. She actually listens to what I said I wanted and adapted her approach every time until we found the right house- and even then she helped us see what it could be with a little hard work so we realized a great value. Carol goes out of her way to not only find you a house but to make you feel at home in a new town. We are forever grateful for her insight, kindness, character, and generosity with her time and knowledge.
