If you've ever considered buying or selling real estate in the south suburbs of Chicago, we need to talk! Granted, the Loop area is amazing. I should know - I've lived here in Chicagoland all of my life. However, living in the center of all the action isn't for everyone. My family moved from the city to the south suburbs decades ago, and I love it! There's almost nothing I don't know about real estate here, and my extensive local network runs deep. Combine that with over 25 years of real estate experience, top negotiation and marketing skills, and an uncanny ability to close a deal, and you can learn a lot from me whether or not we ever work together. I'm always happy to share what I know. I didn't start out in real estate (although my mom was in the field). I began my career as a CPA, and that background taught me the importance of profit and loss, which is critical whether you're selling a home, buying a home, or dealing in investment properties. With me, your needs will always come first. I'm all about relationships and trust, which are just two of the reasons over 80% of my business comes from happily returning clients and referrals. I care deeply about them, which is why I focus on giving back to our community through my involvement in charitable organizations and my church. Some of my favorite ways to thank my clients and friends is to host my team's yearly client appreciation events, like our Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Pie Day. I also enjoy giving pre-licensing instruction to people eager to join the real estate field and by serving on the Board of Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS(R), which represents over 18,000 local suburban REALTORS(R). I also truly appreciate the opportunity to help people who are going through some of life's toughest transitions - like divorce or losing a loved one - navigate the real estate process, which sometimes can seem a bit overwhelming. I help a lot of adult children, the Sandwich Generation, assist their parents and senior relatives move to homes and communities to support their independence and give them a better quality of life. When I'm not helping clients or volunteering, I love attending outdoor music venues and spending time with friends and family. We have a full household - my husband, Ronnie, our two 17 soon to be 18-year-old sons, Isaac and Jordan, my mother, Betty, and Brandy, our 60-pound, 9-year-old Labradoodle.
