Carol is someone who genuinely makes you feel like you're her only client. We moved to California on very short notice, and took a two day trip out to Fresno to see houses and find one that would work for us. We ended up only having one whole day available as we also had other business in Fresno. That left us ONE DAY to look at houses in the area and decide on one that would not only work for us, but that would be ideal to live in. How did she have time to dedicate her day just to us? She made time and truly made us feel we were her only responsibility. Carol met us at 9:00 AM and spent literally all day touring houses and arranging tours of houses for us. We didn't stop until it was dark outside. Carol was also really helpful with negotiating repair credits for the house we chose, finding people to repair for us, and offering advice that was really helpful as first time home buyers. Being out-of-state buyers with a short schedule and no availability to be present during the sale, Carol also went out of her way to help us stay connected and in the loop. She made sure to be present for zoom call walk thrus, got in touch with our new neighbors for us about sharing fence repair costs, found us lawn, pool, and handy-people to ensure repairs were done before we moved in, and even facilitated the installation of our new refrigerator for us so that it would be operational and cold by the day we moved in. Carol is a well-connected property professional and anyone would be lucky to have her. We asked a whole lot of her during this process and she was there to support us the whole way. It is clear that she spends her days living and breathing her career, and we are beyond grateful.

As first time buyers, we were scared to death of getting ripped off however, once we met Carol all our fears disappeared. She is simply fabulous. Ours was a case of relocating to a new town.
