When I found a house I liked, I contacted Carol, my sister's friend. She took me to see the home, which was not in her usual area and quite a ride. I liked the house and decided to make and offer. Even though she then went on a trans-Atlantic cruise during this process, she stayed in close tough. Much negotiation was needed, not about price, but there were some repairs needed, and she got them done. She is knowledgeable, kind but firm, and knows her stuff. If I were to ever buy another house, she would definitely be the person I go to.
