When you hire me as your REALTOR(R) I will represent you exclusively. In part as being your agent I owe you fiduciary duties. Included in these duties are:

• Obedience ~ I will carry out all of your lawful instructions.
• Disclosure ~ I will disclose all material facts of which I have knowledge of in which it might affect your rights and interests.
• Confidentiality ~ I will keep your confidence unless required by law to disclose specific information (such as disclosure of material facts to buyers).
• Reasonable Care ~ I will use reasonable care in performing duties as an agent in all real estate transactions.
• Accounting ~ I will account to clients for all money and property received.
