Carol Copeland

Although I grew up in the Lehigh Valley, I spent many summers in the Pocono area with Girl Scout Camp and working in the kitchen of our family restaurant located in Towamensing Township. Upon graduating high school, I moved to Massachusetts to pursue my college degree in Business Management at Clark University. I started my real estate career selling part time in New England while also working in the communications field. In 2002 I moved back home to Pennsylvania and decided to get my PA realtors license to assist my family with property management of their investment properties both residential and commercial. I have a love for old properties and bringing them back to life! For several years I have been chair and member of the Towamensing Township Historical Commission. My personal experience in renovating older homes brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise to my clients as well. I gained a better understanding of the process of dealing with zoning changes and permits needed regarding local properties by working part time at Towamensing Township as the assistant secretary. Although I am most well known for my property management and rental expertise, I have a vast knowledge and experience with residential, commercial and investment properties. I love being able to help people accomplish their real estate dreams and will work hard to ensure everything goes smoothly from start to finish! I am beyond excited to further my growth and continue my real estate journey with Iron Valley Real Estate Northeast!
