My mother passed away in February and was in a reverse mortgage on her home. I found Christina Swain on Zillow and contacted her for help with selling my mothers house as quickly as possible for the best price possible, which is what she advertises. She responded to my call almost immediately. We met at my mothers house and she explained that should could definitely sell the house quickly and for the price I was hoping for. I interviewed another realtor that did not think we could get close to the price we needed and suggested a lower price. She also said that even if the house sold quickly it could take up to 4 months to settle. I hired Christina and that was probably one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Christina got to work right away. Told me what needed to be done to make the house as marketable as possible and as soon as I was ready, it was listed as "coming soon". She scheduled an open house the weekend it was listed and the house sold in 2 days at asking price! Better yet, she and her team worked hard to get a quick settlement date! They handled setting all inspections in motion and worked to ensure there were no delays. Christina and her team were always available and very responsive to me. I am so glad I made the right decision to hire Christina. She knows a lot about the market, and has a great deal of experience in working with estate sales and reversed mortgages. Thank you Christina! You have taken such a weight off of my shoulders and I will be forever grateful for your hard work, understanding and above all else, compassion!

Christina helped us sell our Mom's house. She evaluated how much the house could sell for and was very accurate. She sold the house in the price range she estimated and closure went smoothly.
