I am a licensed real estate agent in Texas so I know what it takes to be a great agent and she was much more than that. She was showing our home to serious buyers within 24 hours of it being listed and got us two offers within the first week, one of which we accepted and closed on after she negotiated to get us exactly what we wanted. I was also very impressed with how she took time to let contractors, appraisers, etc. in to perform work on our home during the contract period as we are not local and was above and beyond her duties.
