I located homes I wanted to see and paid cash for the home I purchased. I made this transaction very easy. On the day of the final walk through, Carmen was very anxious to get going and I felt very rushed. I was trying to locate the keys for the house as many of them were not working and she asked if we could finish the docu sign. When she left, we had no idea where the mailbox was located and had to ask a neighbor. Overall she was pleasant e enough, I just didn't feel it was the best customer service I have experienced in the past.
