Carmen was wonderful to work with. With her expertise we sold our house for more than expected. We had numerous full price offers within first couple of weeks. When the first offer fell through last minute, Carmen had our house right back on the market and sold it in 24 hours with another full price offer. Shes very knowledgeable and always easy to get ahold of with any questions. We sold our house and closed sooner than expected! Shes the best!
