I reached out to Steve and Carmen when I first started thinking about buying my first home. I had no idea what I was getting myself into especially in today's market. They helped me every step of the way from getting my pre approval to closing. They helped educate me on the whole transaction from what to look forward, what to avoid, as well as what I wanted in my home from start to finish. It was a great experience and I would recommend the Lance Team to anyone interested. I don't think I could find a team that would work harder to get me a home.

I cold called the Lance's from Oregon. From start to finish I could not have been in better hand!! They treated us like family, listen to our requests and only sent us info on what we were looking for in our price range. Put us in contact with a great mortgage manand connected us with a great agent in Salem to help sell our house. They acted as our proxy in many instances. Only having our interest in mind.
