Carmen is a well rounded professional with many years experience. She assisted my fiance and I with the purchase of our forever home and is also assisting me with the sale of my current home. She held open houses, met with us on several occasions during the day, evening, weekends, holidays and even during inclement weather without fail. Carmen Jimenez was fantastic in helping me secure the right home for my son. After I explained the importance of my son purchasing a home near me, Carmen went to work locating the perfect home just two miles away from me. I told her his ceiling price, and she made me feel extremely confident he would be able to purchase the ideal home, in his target area, in this tough market, within his price range. Carmen stayed in contact with me on a daily basis. Within one day of working with Carmen, I found the perfect home for him. We went under contract two days later, thanks to her strong negotiating skills. She will call, email, and/or text me several times a day to keep me informed during the contract process, and we closed less than 30 days later. Carmen's calm demeanor kept me at ease every step of the way, from start to finish. Buying a home is a major investment, but working with an expert, like Carmen who is there to explain things like property values, information about the area, what local town officials will need, future resale values, etc. is very valuable to a home owner. In fact, Carmen went to the town hall to collect necessary documents on our behalf which saved us a great deal of time. I was so pleased with Carmen's service and expertise that I asked her to look for a home for my other son. I like working with Carmen because she is truly a real estate expert, and now after this pleasant, easygoing sale, my only real estate agent.
