Being a Realtor since the early 90's we have worked with first time homebuyers, growing families, downsizing empty nest parents, relocation both corporate and personal, active adult homebuyers and second and vacation homebuyers.
We had assisted a client in purchasing a new home 2 years ago as they relocated from out of state and they called us back and said they loved their home however it was too small and needed to be closer to their family. The day we were scheduled to meet a new home just came on the market that morning and they did not even know about it and we went to see it and their were multiple offers in 1 day. With their strong financial position and our expert negotiating, they are now moved in and loving their new home.
We had recently moved from New York City and just wanted something to do where I would have the freedom to drop off and pick up our children from school without being obligated to a time clock. Being bilingual and at the start of the major growth of Orlando as a city in general the rest just snowballed into what we have today.
We continually to update our education and training to stay current on the new laws and the technology end of our industry. Although it is always basic real estate 101 that allows us to bring such value to our clients.
