Short answer: If youre a first time home buyer or seller, this is not the agent for you. Carma was the buyers agent for our home. As soon as she pulled up, we werent expecting much from the showing because we caught her on camera insulting the property and the neighborhood. aEURoeAnything in this price range is going to be an adventure!aEUR? was her motto for the entire interaction. Seems like a weird strat when you have a client that is literally looking in this price range (house was listed for $180,000 for reference). AlsoaEUR| posted for sale or not that was our HOME and it was upsetting to see an agent dissing on it so openly. Surprisingly, the woman she was representing wanted to put in an offer on our home. We let them view it multiple times, did an inspection and started negations on what repairs could be done. We could do about 90% of the repairs in time for the move and also remain financially stable. Carma would not negotiate and demanded all repairs be made. Our agents could not get a response out of her and this dragged until, again with no negotiation, Carma wordlessly emailed our agents the paperwork to back out of the sale. She told her buyer it was better to RENT than to buy our home. Which was again, insulting. We asked her for the inspection report so we could at least get the house back on the market as pre inspected, but CRICKETS. These are just the main points in a long saga, (I have several video clips of her still insulting us and our home from our cameras) but if youre working with her beware. I only gave her two stars because I slightly admire her want to get her buyer everything- but she has ZERO negotiation skills.
