Carly Petrucci

Carly is a Traverse City native and top producing Realtor. She works for her family-owned brokerage, Coldwell Banker Schmidt, which was founded by her great-great grandfather in downtown Traverse City in the 1920s. After graduating from TC Central High School, she went on to receive a Bachelors from the University of Notre Dame before returning home to begin her career in real estate. Carly takes a proactive, solution-oriented approach to her client's transactions, keeping her clients fully informed every step of the way. She prides herself on earning her client's trust through truly listening to their wants and needs. Her goal is to become a trusted, lifelong real estate advisor for each and every client she serves, forming relationships that last well beyond a single sale. When not working, you can find Carly hiking with her husband, fly fishing on one of the area's many rivers, or upland bird hunting with her dogs.
