Trying to get the house de-winterized, inspected, even plowed for access was an exercise in frustration. Through it all, Nicole persisted and was able to get the bank to plow, fix a broken well pump, and even get us a closing credit when it turned out that the oil burner was cracked and leaked all over the basement floor. She always kept in touch and answered questions via phone,email and text throughout the 3 month ordeal.
