We just had our 17th real estate transaction with Carly. We are homebuilders, designers and renovators. Carly was without question the best real estate agent we have had of all of our transactions hands down. She is a true multi generational local who knows the area and that is so important. Carly and her team were fantastic, a real pleasure to work with! My wife and I are moving back closer to family in MT, but currently living out of state, so it was quite the challenge to get a feel for what was on the market and sometimes even have to make decisions sight-unseen. It was a huge help to have a team willing to travel around and give us reports on properties, including pictures and inspections (we are both engineers, so loved her detailed analysis). When we were in town, Carly and her Ford Raptor made sure that even visiting some remote houses up muddy mountain roads was no problem! Whatever we needed, they made sure it got done...even when we decided to change plans and look for vacant land to build on. This was by far the best realtor experience we've ever had!

Within a day of our decision to put our home on the market she was out taking pictures and got it online, we had results that evening, and it was sold three days later.
