Starting her career with a top producing mortgage brokerage in 2004, Carly knew that she wanted to help clients with the acquisition of their dream homes, but face to face client interaction was what she longed for. A year later, she transitioned to the real estate side of the transaction aside the progressive Battiata Real Estate Group, where she was immediately immersed in the home buying and selling process from start to finish. Obtaining her license in 2007, Carly honed her real estate negotiations and marketing knowledge over the next seven years with the award-winning luxury team of Kramer & Martin in Rancho Sante Fe.

Having cultivated a reputation for success, tenacity, and integrity, she now operates independently, in turn giving her more time and resources to dedicate herself fully to her clients. Described as a "pit bull" for her aggressive marketing strategies and direct communication, Carly never under-delivers. When she's not taking the real estate industry by storm, she's enjoying time in North County with her girls, Charlotte and Willow. If not with clients, on the soccer field or at play performances, Carly volunteers her time at Empresa Elementary.
