Born and raised in New York City, Carlos is the perfect definition of a "Native New Yawker". Since high school Carlos has had his finger on the pulse of real estate in the city. As a senior in High School Carlos accepted a position with the Off Campus Housing Assistance office for Columbia University. His duties where to list available apartments and condos in the CU neighborhood for students that did not want to live on campus. On the beat, he visited these apartments to inspect the conditions, while meeting landlords, Superintendents, and building managers. Carlos is a graduate of CW Post - Long Island University and has worked in the city as a Coordinator for Cornell Medical College.
This year (2017) Carlos' hard work and dedication paid off when he purchased his first home in Lake Ronkonkoma, and the feeling of ownership and relocating sparked a huge desire to share the amazing feeling with others. Carlos says "It's one of the most important decisions a person can ever make". What sets Carlos apart is his willingness to go above and beyond for everyone he works with. Carlos explains "My phone is always on, I'm always up to talk". Carlos is available to be anywhere in New York, no area is off limits.
On his off time (There's never off time J) Carlos is an avid football fan. He loves to play flag football and is the self-proclaimed "peoples champ" in his Fantasy Leagues. When he is not at the gym or in the city spending time with family, Carlos is at home spending time with his Wife Vanessa marking new places on the map to visit.
