Carlos was very nice! He helped us find several listings and was able to show us around very quickly. Once we decided to put an offer, he helped us winning the bid. But then we had a quite difficult situation with the first lender and our seller was very dissatisfied with the delay. However, he was able to calm them down with our new lender and we were able to finally close on the property after 3 months of negotiation and waiting.
