Carlos and Pat were great! We ended up with multiple offers and sold the property for significantly more than the asking price. They didnt rush to try to get the house to market, but rather worked with us to set the house up to make the biggest splash (and it worked). Pat and Carlos helped with the staging, bringing in small furniture and many decorative items to make an otherwise empty house look exceptionally appealing. There are a lot of small things that need to get spruced up or repaired before putting a house on the market. For almost every task, Carlos and Pat knew a local contractor who was inexpensive and available immediately. All of them did excellent work, sometimes on a single days notice. Pat and Carlos were readily available in person, or via text or phone, throughout the process. In particular, they were supportive and understanding during the stress-filled final phases of the sale.
